Jamestown Consulting is the Business and Technology Arm of Jamestown Enterprises, started in 2009 and officially founded as an LLC in 2013. Jamestown started as a small software vendor who created pre-packaged tools that larger software developers who focused on ecommerce vendors not large enough to have inhouse developers used. We sold our software interests in 2016, which had been our focus. The the original three founders took part of the proceeds and invested more in what is today Jamestown Consulting Services.
Our Business Side: New for Q2/Q3 2021 is our Combined Vendor/Partner Sales Person Training 201-401 Series Interactive Webinars. This is for vendors, partners, and partners of vendors who contracted for and had their sales people go through the 101 live or web-based training series. We thank our trainers for the "101 Training Series" and the attendees who gave the series an average feedback of 4.37 out of 5, which is a record high rating for us. Given that the first feedback score in 2016 was 2.32 out of 5 we are very happy that practice and adaptation makes a difference! The series will continue to be Thursday evenings 4:30-6pm ET Starting July 8th. Please have your coordinator contact Julie for more information.
Our Technical Side: Our engineering staff continues to be retained on contracts serving as staff augmentation holding a long list of acronym certifications after their names. However, they always make time to present at events such as our three interactive Advanced Technical Workshops every year. Sale Engineering Training will continue to be grouped in with sales training, as most of our sales trainers are also engineers.
